I have been skiing in the Catskill Mt. for more years than I can remember. While the slopes have always been good, the lodgings in general have been sub par. Finally that has changed with the opening of the Kaatskill Mountain Club. The lodge offers condos and rooms with ski packages available. Spa, pool and restaurant round out the facilities. Ski in and out of nearby Hunter Mountain. I have been waiting a long time for the area to develop a ski town atmosphere.
