Tiger Balm is my new best friend.
Well, not exactly “new”. I’ve been a fan since Hubby introduced me roughly six years ago.
It soothes my aching neck, my sore shoulders, all hunched up and over from typing, typing, typing.

Just don’t use it with a heating pad. The combination can dissolve your skin. Same with Ben Gay.
I shiver to know how you learned this. Yikes! I will stay away from the combo.
This one is also available in India but somehow I just can’t stand balms of any kind that come in a bottle!
