A View from Shringi in Himanchal Pradesh
I am back from my short and wonderful vacation. Saw snowfall for the first time in life. But what I saw I could capture only a fraction in the pictures. And the detailed post definitely has to wait till I can clear up various backlogs.

Thanks a lot for the link Rajeev. So budget tourism definitely is possible. Let us see when it happens for us now.
Mridula,This is interesting info about a hotel in Diu. http://www.indiamike.com/india/archive/index.php/t-1218.htmlThis palce is right next to the beach and very close to Radhika Resort too. During the diwali hols they had it at 5k per day (including food):). The owner is really nice to talk to. radhika is at http://www.radhikaresort.com
