I am yearning for such places again. This was an early early morning shot at Tengboche. The monastery at Tengboche is awe inspiring. I wonder how they managed to construct it at such a height!

The height is 12696 feet Tushar.

You should visit Jidhu.

Julia no idea about the Kailash Mansarovar bit but it is the biggest on the route and many Everest expedition books mention it.

Jaishvats thank you.

Meena way too cool in winter :D

Shalu thank you, yes if we venture high up we can still find such places. :D

Thank you Lady Fi.

CTTI thank you.

I believe it is the last monastery before Kailash Mansarovar? Or is there yet another, further up Mridula?
