I was in Mexico City last month and while I was there I stayed in a fabulously luxurious hotel called the St. Regis. It’s located right on a busy round about, the boulevard is called The Reforma. The glistening glass and steel tower features a beautiful spa up on the top floor, and outside, a little pool, and a lovely place to have a meeting. The St. Regis has 105 deluxe rooms and the way they are laid out is especially notable. A small L-shaped couch and a nice big work area. The only tiny quibble is that the extra plug that us connected travelers need to recharging our devices is located down in a hole in the desk. Not easy to get at.
The floor to ceiling windows give a fantastic view of this vast city’s historic neighborhood. Egyptian Pratesi linens make the bed super sumptuous. The people at this hotel make you feel well taken care of. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City.
