Lisbon Portugal is booming, with more tourists than ever before and a building boom that’s helping lift the city out of its hard times from 3 years ago.
Tonight we’ll fly to Pico Island in the Azores. Later in the week we will visit Lisbon and then head south in a car to the Algarve to a seaside resort.
August I’ll be home, to enjoy the delights of the Pioneer Valley, and my garden. But in September trips to Portugal and later Ireland and England await.
